Michael Schrader, born 1 July 1987,  is a German decathlete. He finished 10th at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. 

He won the decathlon at the Hypo Meeting in 2009 after scoring a year-high 8,522 points to edge Trey Hardee of the United States by six points, the smallest winning margin in the event’s 35-year history.

Internationally, he has represented Team Canada in two World Junior Championships, winning silver in 2004 and gold in 2005. In the 2010 Winter Olympics, Crosby score the winning goal against the United States to win the gold medal for Canada.
